Hello, my name is Sebastian and together with my wife, Gabi we have been investing in the UK property market since 2019. Started with a smaller projects, focusing on purchasing properties in poor condition, below market value, and carrying out extensive renovations. Much of the work was done by us personally, while we also relied on subcontractors, particularly electricians and plumbers. After successfully completing several investments, we decided to establish a company and focus scaling our operations. Today, with a great pride, I can say that we have achieved complete financial independence. and property investment has become our primary source of income.
