A selection of 11 property projects I have acquired, renovated, and repositioned to increase value and rental income.

The portfolio includes a mix of buy-to-let properties, including one property that has been converted into two separate flats,

maximising both rental income and overall value.

Each project focuses on buying below market value, adding value through refurbishment, and creating high-quality living spaces.
